Select Automatic mode in the Clone Disk wizard to allow partitions from the old disk to be automatically resized to fit the new disk. They report issues like being unable to boot into recovery mode from the software DVD provided, losing the ability to boot that partition after enabling the option in Acronis for boot up, and having to restart in Safe Mode and remove the software to keep from crashing. The only "catch" is you have to have a Western Digital drive connected when you run the application. Others report issues with backup files prone to errors and cumbersome use.
